2. Engeneering Department

Please describe and explain the circuit board process and enclose the corresponding process descriptions of the Quality Management Handbook. In addition, samples are needed (reports, datasheets, tables, photos etc.).

2.1   Who is responsible for this process and where is this documented? How is the qualification of the employees and how are they trained?

Answer:  Administration Department is responsible for this project. All staff are trained examined according to  "2013 Annual Training Plan". staff practice trained and all of them are skill level qualified.

2.2   Does a Process-Flow-Chart exist? How is the process-flow documented?

Answer: Working process records.      

2.3   How do you execute Process-FMEA´s in this department? 

Answer: Engineering Dept record and share all the requests of customers. Engineers are trained to pay more attention about customer's request and specials when they make manufacture instructions. We analyse the problems during inner audit and trained engineers how to avoid. 

2.4   Which examinations are made with the customer documents?

Answer: Eengineers use kinds of softwares to examinate.  

2.5   How do you deal with unclarities in the customer-documents?

Answer: We send engineering questions to customer for the unclarities.    

2.6   How do you occur the filing and the access of customer-specific data: general printed circuit board specification, Delivery Instruction, etc.How do you guarantee that your engineers follow these specifications?

Answer:

Sales department send the customer's files and lead time request through "contract of production" to pcb engineering department and production planning dept. Engineering dept are responsible to deal with customer's files and planning dept arrange the production plan and time.    

2.7   How do you check the editing data before using them in the production?

Answer: Manufacture instruction >>inner audit of engineering dept>>QAE audit >> send to production line to make the circuit board. 

2.8   How do you create and submit the pcb data to the subcons?

Answer: Submit the data by email or printed files.
