1.1.1 Who is responsible for this process and where is this documented? How is the qualification of the employees and how are they trained?
Answer: Quality Dept is responsible for this process .The staff of testing process are trained with professional courses and practical hands-on courses and supporting documents exist in "2013 annual training plan."
1.1.2 How are the test planning and quality planning carried out and documented?
Answer: Dedicated test machine are installed on the test fixture (connecting test probes made according to engineering drawings ) for electrical conduction test to check PCB trace open or short. Quality control is done by visual inspection of the exterior, to check surface of the PCB without defects abnormalities by instrument or measuring the PCB inspection tool to confirm whether the required standard range.
1.1.3 How are the test results documented and stored?
Answer: We have testing records and they are stored by clerks of Quality control dept in a file cabinet
1.1.4 Which processes to monitor the test equipment are there and how are they documented?
Answer: See the device control procedures.
1.1.5 How is the test labelling carried out?
Answer: See nonconforming product control procedures.
1.1.6 How are good and bad parts labelled and separated?
Answer: We label bad position on defective products in the frame of red tape.
1.2.1 How is an incoming inspection carried out? Are there fixed test contents?
Answer:According to IQC operating instructions , We make inspection or test of different raw materials required. We have fixed test content.
1.3.1 Which tests are carried out?
Answer: Engineering Surveying (aperture and appearance measurement), weldability, thermal shock experiments and microsection test
1.3.2 How do you practise the approval test for new PCB´s. Against which documents will be checked and how will the examination documented?
Answer: We check every items between manufacturing instructions and Inspection reports surveying of aperture and appearance measurement, weldability, thermal shock experiments and microsection test. The approval ducuments of samples are recorded in "File control center"
1.3.3 What electrical tests are performed, at what intervals, and what kind of records are kept and for how long?
Answer:We test with electrical testing fixtures, the records of testing are recorded for one year.
1.3.4 How often do you perform IST (Interconnect Stress Testing) as per IPC–TM-650, 2.6.26, [Ref. 11] or HATS (Highly Accelerated Thermal Shock) as per IPC-TM-2.6.7.2B [Ref. 12] on coupons?
Answer: We will test every batch of CCL for different part numbers .
1.3.5 How often to you perform micro-section testing to assure registration accuracy and plating thickness?
Answer: We use hole copper thickness gauge and XRAY to test first board of each batch to confirm the thickness. According to customer requirements for each batch, we will make microsection test.
