Per the solder side master A/W, the connection between the two Cu grounds is very fine ( only XX mil ) (see attached file ), which is very easy opened after our etching process, to avoid the problem, we suggest
A) To strengthen shorting the connection , OR:
B) To shorten the connection
Please clarify which item (A or B) customer preferred.
Some trace was exposed from the S/M opening of fiducial mark on C/S ( S/S). We suggest you modify the S/M opening and have the traces with solder mask. Please confirm.
Customer required controlling the tolerance of +/-XXX for all traces; however, our standard tolerance for line width is +/-20% or +/-1 mil Tighter tolerance can be achieved with special processing . In order to facilitate in production , we suggest you relax your minimum to be :
For trace width > 5 mil :+/-20% of master A/W , and
For trace width <= 5 mil: +/-1 mil.
Please confirm.
On all circuitry layers , the self-spacing of some conductors was very small ( XX mil only), and on layer M , the spacing is about YY mil , and there is no enough spacing for us to move away these traces a little . So
A). We will suggest customer to re-route these traces, OR:
B). We will follow master A/W to build, and these traces will be shorten together ( see attached file ).
Please clarify which item ( A or B ) customer preferred.
On the layer N , the spacing between two traces was only X mil, which is too narrow for our etching process with limited 20z (min) copper thickness . In order to facilitate in production , we suggest to move the trace slightly to ensure their spacing is about Y mil.
