XXI. V-Cut

1. Discontinuous V-Cut/jumping v-cut

    There is a discontinuous score on panel DWG . In order to avoid the unit damaged by V-Cut , we need a 7 mm (min) distance to withdraw the knife . So , we suggest to extend the withdraw distance to 7 mm from XX mm. Please confirm.

2. Relax V-Cut remain thickness tolerance

Customer required controlling the tolerance of V-CUT remain thickness +/-1 mil per fab drawing requirement in note X , however , +/- 4mil is general tolerance per our capability , in order to smooth our process ,we would like relax the tolerance to +/-4mil from +/-1 mil , pls confirm .

3. Relax V-CUT groove angle tolerance

The V-CUT groove angle tolerance +/- 1DEG specified in fab drawing which is beyond our capability , in order to facilitate in production , so we suggest you relax the tolerance from +/-1 Deg to +/-5 Deg , pls confirm .

4. V-CUT remain thickness is too weak  

The v-cut remain thickness 0.15mm required in fab drawing is too weak which is easy to broken due to unbalancing strength on routing and conveying process , so ,we suggest you relax remain thickness to 0.35+/-0.10 mm , pls confirm
