Details
Single layer PCB ( also name as single sided PCB or 1L PCB) is perhaps the simplest and cheapest PCB available, it consists of a single layer of copper formed into a circuit and bonded to a rigid base board material. A colored solder resist and silk screen can also be added as necessary. No plating through holes on single layer PCB, but it is still available for DIP components or SMD components.
Choices for single layer PCB prototype
Material for 1L prototype: FR1,FR3,CEM1,CEM3,FR4,Alumimium
Copper thickness for 1L prototype: varies from 0.5OZ to 6OZ.
Board thickness we could make are from 0.2mm to 3.0mm.
All kinds of solder mask color and silkscreen color are available.But some material are limited with surface finishing.
