Details
Advantage of OSP
OSP finishedelectronics boardis the price. It is tend to be cheaper than those fabricated with other surfaces such as HASL, Immersion Tin, Immersion Silver or ENIG.
OSP has, particularly as compared to HASL finished boards, is the flatness of the pads.
OSP, is to provide good diffusion barrier property as well as no “Black pad” failure. It is confirmed that the analyzed results correspond to the expected advantages of the ENEC/OSP finish.
