Immersion Gold electronic circuit is with process in which gold is immersioned on electroless Ni above copper as a surface finish for printed circuit board and package applications. Standard thickness is 1-3μin. Max. 8μin. If your boards need it thicker than 8μin. You have to change to plating gold.
